Leadership
With a background in marketing & business from Texas State University, Nina eagerly jumped at the opportunity to co-create Alliance in 2006 with her husband. She was integral in the groundwork that gave clients confidence in the company and also made them fall in love with Alliance’s now famously-known fresh-baked cookies!
Currently, she enjoys a more creative role by leading social media and branding. Bringing her 3 children, James Kate and Jack, to the office when possible has been truly fulfilling to her! “I love that they will always have memories of going to work and seeing it all in action,” Nina says.
Fun fact: she LOVES self-help and motivational books!
As the co-founder and very present managing partner, Michael is both the foundation and life of Alliance. His smart business planning, thirst for industry knowledge and love for making real life connections has been the perfect recipe for branching out into entrepreneurship and the company’s success. He is a graduate of Texas State University where he also met his beautiful wife. Their 3 kids, James Kate and Jack, keep them very busy and super happy!
“Branching out” is the perfect phrase to use for Michael as he is a lover of trees. His friends joke by calling him a “tree hugger” and there may or may not be photos indicating he does hug them, lol! He grows them, plants them around the neighborhood for friends/community and donates them for charitable causes!
Crystal joined the Alliance crew back in 2014 and immediately upgraded the company’s production and operation processes! As Director of Operations she is responsible for everything from vendor negotiations, forecasting, purchasing, budgeting, operational strategies and the production floor! She says the best part of the job is “Our clients!” “Our team, its not really a team, it feels much more like a family!” Her biggest accomplishment is going back to school to earn her degree while raising two kids. During her free time she takes care of her two Australian shepherds (Gypsy & Vienna), loves exercising, brunching and hitting Vegas to play Texas Holdem!

Austin Davis drives the strategy for client relationship development and management. He is dedicated to a collaborative environment conducive to pinnacle service delivery. One of Austin’s most esteemed imperatives at Alliance is the company’s ability to be pivotal and resourceful ensuring well-planned and calculated solutions for complex client assignments.
Austin is a graduate of Rice University. He enjoys cheering on the Rice Owls’ Baseball team and playing pickleball with his wife, Kimberly, and their two children.

Sales
Jonathan’s favorite part of his job is getting to meet new people and keeping clients happy. Raised in Katy, TX, Jonathan played football at Katy High School (Go Tigers!) He received a B.B.A. from Texas State University in 2013 and was a member of Tau Kappa Epsilon. In May of 2016 he joined the Alliance team! He says, “I live and party in the Heights, like to travel, fish, and go to McIntyers!”
Production and Office
Since 2018 Juan has made Alliance proud as an exceptional large-format finishing technician/installer. Born in Mexico and raised in Houston, his biggest life influences are his parents who moved here without knowing the language to better the lives of their children.
During his free time, he can be found playing football with his son or BBQing with the family! “Working with my coworkers, management always looking out for us and encouraging healthy lifestyle” are my favorite parts of the job, says Juan!
Marta is Alliance’s newest member starting right before the calendar flipped to 2021. She supports many areas of production but focuses mostly on small format prepress and printing. Good design inspires her. She says “working as a team” is the best part of the job!
From San Salvador, El Salvador, free time in Houston is spent playing with her dogs, family time, and expanding her plant collection!
Born and raised in the 5th Ward of Houston, Delia still loves being a part of this great city. At Alliance, she assists with running print jobs as well as binding finishes and much more!
Starting with the company in 2019 she says her favorite part of the job is “how we all get along, love everyone like family?” Free time is always spent at her mother’s house, who she refers to as her biggest influence, where a generous number of family members gather regularly!
